Contact ECOC using the Booking Inquiry Form. You will be contacted in 1 - 3 business days with next steps and Program Participation Form.
Confirm Booking & Review Contract

Review ECOC booking contract (provided by ECOC after Booking Inquiry Form and Program Participation Form). Sign Program Agreement and mail deposit.
Plan Transportation to and from Camp

Once dates are finalized arrange transportation to and from camp. Please note that teams participating in on-ice hockey practices will be responsible for transportation to and from the South River Machar Arena.

2-3 Weeks Prior to Arrival, Submit Health Summary Form

With the form provided by ECOC, submit the Participant Health Summary Form 2-3 weeks prior to arrival.

This is necessary for food preparation and final activity scheduling.
1-2 Days Prior to Arrival, Confirm Final Attendance Numbers

This helps to finalize our arrangements and reduce waste.
